TORIES BACK RISE IN CHILD SMOKING

Well, the only way to get more young people smoking and to increase their chance of getting hold of tobacco is to create a thriving black market. There can be no other reason why the NuGovt has announced it has nationalised tobacco packaging with the order that legitimate business must not inform smokers of what product they are buying.

No doubt the criminals are celebrating this unique opportunity and already getting their plain packaged low quality and dangerous mix of shite and tobacco ready for the big day.

Unlike legitimate shop keepers, they will not ask proof of age before selling to children and I can only assume that this is the real aim of the NuGovt and the corrupt anti-smoking industry whose pocket the NuGovt lives in.

Yes, to survive the anti-smoking industry needs more smokers to persecute and not less and so this plan must have an ulterior motive. Intellectual politicians and fair Govts that listen to all sides and conduct consultation before embarking on such stupidity would never do such a thing.

But then who said this NuGovt, and it's health persecutors Andrew Lansley and Ann Milton, had any intelligence? They are blinded and motivated by pure hate.

Smokers - if you voted Tory last time I hope you have taken note. They had no plans to help you. They lied before the election to get your vote and now they are happy to tell you to fuck off.

I hope you give them the same message next time you are asked to support them - like at the upcoming council elections for example. Bloody nose? I'd expect the country's 12 million smokers (ooops - sorry that's gone up to 15 million since the blanket ban) to lay the Tories out flat.

AND WHILE I'M ON THE SUBJECT

I also hate banks.

Mine wrote to me today to say it will no longer pay interest on many of their accounts which are in credit. Two of mine are affected. Who wants to bet they haven't abolished taking interest in loans or overdrafts?

It brings to mind a story I was told last week by a young family with one small child. They struggle on a hand to mouth state existence and both the mum and dad desperately want jobs but without skills, and in a city full of cheap students willing to work at odd hours and migrants taking up the kind of unskilled work they would once have done, they can't get work.

They inadvertently went 35 pence over drawn at the bank the other week. They have no choice but for their meagre benefit to be paid into a bank account anymore. As a result, they found a week later that the bank was charging them £60 for the mistake. This when the couple don't even have an overdraft facility.

This couple was lucky because they had family who would help them out of this mess. Had they not, the £60 week benefit that they live on would have been paid in, swallowed up by the thieving bank, and their child would have gone hungry. No doubt they would then have been persecuted by the state for child neglect and basically just for being poor.

It all stinks. That is NuLab's legacy. Persecution of the poor that the party was originally founded to help. Don't they make you sick. Do I expect things to be different for those on low income under the ConDem party? Absolutely not. I fear that people are going to die under this adminstration simply because they can't afford to live and this new adminstration doesn't care as long as it can save money.

Great job Yvette Cooper. You hate underclass parents so you take tough measures to punish their children just because you think this will get you a few more votes.

You disgust me! Who do you think will end up in greater poverty thanks to this new policy? And, I might add, where exactly are the fucking jobs for these parents coming from? "Family friendly" indeed. The country isn't fucking McDonalds and it isn't a theme park!

So now we have it confirmed that politicians have no sense of hunor. The state scroungers in Parliament that get paid too much, and steal more of your hard earned tax than any single parent family, have no brains or intellect either. God - how did this country get to scrape the barrel so low.
